APT Advanced Polymer Tubing GmbH, founded in 2011, since 2017 part of the Masterflex Group, production site and sales company DACH + Welt, specialized in the processing of fluoropolymers such as PTFE, PFA or FEP into tubing and heat shrinkable tubing for a variety of industrial applications.
Manufacturing Technologies
Fluoroplastics are high-performance plastics. They are extremely temperature-stable against heat, resistant to almost all kinds of chemicals such as petrol, solvents, acids or alkalis and, in addition, they are long-term weather-resistant, ultra-pure and biocompatible. Such hoses are used, for example, in power stations, in the painting industry, but also in fully automatic coffee machines or the semiconductor industry. To ensure quality, production is controlled in real time by X-ray, camera and laser measurement technology.
