Hoses Secure Important Functions

Anyone who thinks that a hose is a trivial C product is mistaken: Today, hoses and connection solutions must meet the highest demands, they secure essential functions and make our lives easier in many areas.

Our Products

Whether robot control, medical technology or aerospace: modern industrial hoses are complex, they are made of high-performance plastics, meet demanding requirements and ensure essential functions. Even networkable and intelligent hoses already exist. In addition to the selection of the right material, the specific construction, special manufacturing technologies and legal and regulatory requirements also play a role. For all their diversity, hoses always have one thing in common: they must be able to absorb and convey solid, liquid or gaseous media and be resistant to them.

Spiral Hoses

With our profile extruded hoses, clip and film hoses we offer solutions for the most demanding requirements in the industry. Especially extremely abrasive media and other problematic goods are a real test for industrial hoses. Whether gravel, cement, powder, grain or granulate - when coarse materials or abrasive media are transported or extracted, a particularly robust hose is required. Clip and film hoses are used for the extraction of gases and vapours, especially in the high temperature range.

With our delivery hoses made of polyurethane or special fabrics, we are an important system partner for the equipping mechanical engineering industry. Highly flexible, antistatic, flame-retardant, microbe-resistant and vacuum-proof are just some of the properties required of our spiral hoses and reliably supplied by us.

Hoses made of fluoropolymers have special properties: they are extremely temperature-stable against heat, resistant to almost all types of chemicals such as petrol, solvents, acids or alkalis and, in addition, they are also long-term weather-resistant.

In the painting industry, for example, entire painting lines are equipped with fluoropolymer hoses for paint supply. But these high-performance hoses are also used in the consumer goods sector: In professional coffee machines, the hoses are used to convey hot water. The special requirements here: They must be able to withstand permanently high temperatures, but at the same time they must also be pure, i.e. without additives, softeners and other additives, so that they are physiologically harmless.


Extruded Tubings

We offer extruded hoses made of almost all thermoplastics. The variety of possible diameters ranges from 0.1 to 50 millimeters. We are thus setting standards in industry and medical technology. These fine tubes are used, for example, in microelectronics, robot and automation technology or in automobiles.

Plastics have also become an integral part of medical technology. Here, under clean-room conditions, we process a large proportion of medical-grade materials (MG) into mono- and multilayer tubing as well as multi-lumen and are an important partner for the medical technology and pharmaceutical industry. Our medical technology division also supplies important medical hoses and connectors for system-relevant areas.

No passenger can see them - and yet our hoses transport fresh air through the aircraft like veins transport blood through the human body. In order to supply the passengers in almost all current Airbus models with fresh air, high requirements must be met: The hoses must not evaporate, must be physiologically harmless and, above all, self-extinguishing.

They are made of synthetic rubber - partly by industrial handcraft. The raw material is cross-linked by heat, giving it a very high elastic stability. Production ranges from series production to individually manufactured one-off items - such as a maintenance-free connecting part for a special aerospace application that cannot be replaced.

Injection Moulded Parts


The moulded parts we produce by injection moulding are used in automotive engineering, electronics and other high-tech industries. However, our core market is medical technology. Whether consumables for dialysis, infusion and transfusion technology or individual customer solutions: the combination of material and processing expertise in the areas of extrusion and injection moulding means that the two brands Novoplast Schlauchtechnik and Fleima-Plastic complement each other perfectly.

The result of this joint development work can, for example, be a hose for a special installation situation, for which the matching connector including protective cap can also be supplied. Or a sophisticated multi-lumen hose, which receives a corresponding connector by insert injection moulding.


Connection Technology

The connection points of hoses to an existing system are among the special challenges in the field of connection technology. These connection points must hold perfectly, especially under extreme requirements. We therefore offer suitable connections for all hoses and connection solutions.

These can be connectors made of metal or plastic or manufacturing processes such as coating. Here we have the possibility of casting plastics for the production of special connection parts or for the attachment of sockets in special moulds designed for this purpose. In this way we can connect hoses to other functional parts in a precisely fitting and optimally sealed manner. The possibilities in the field of connection technology are almost unlimited.
