Please return your used hose to us—we’ll ensure it’s recycled properly and in an environmentally friendly manner.
Here's how it works:
Include the return slip from the shipment*
If a return slip is included, please place it in the package along with the merchandise.
Pack
the merchandise. Pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging or in sturdy shipping packaging, and remove or cover any old shipping labels to prevent mix-ups.
Attach
the return label: Affix the return label to the largest side of the package so that it is clearly visible.
Drop
off the package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping service provider’s drop-off location or at a Packstation.
Keep
the receipt. Keep the drop-off receipt in a safe place so you can track the shipment.

Returns
One more important note!
If the hose has come into contact with hazardous or potentially harmful substances, please be sure to contact us before returning it. This will allow us to take appropriate safety measures and prevent risks to people and the environment.
