You may have already seen us at various medical technology trade fairs or walked past our stand at Compamed, Medtec Live or MD&M West. Medical technology made in Germany, state-of-the-art production facilities, measuring equipment and class 6 to 8 clean rooms in accordance with ISO 14644-1. Under the umbrella of the Masterflex Group, Novoplast Schlauchtechnik and its sister company Fleima-Plastic are the joint experts in the field of medical technology. Thanks to the association within the group of companies and the close cooperation of the specialized teams, we have a wide range of expertise in the areas of material selection, tool technology and manufacturing processes for injection-moulded parts and high-performance medical hoses.
As a market-experienced partner, we also provide our customers with solution-oriented advice on plastic tubing solutions and 2K injection-molded components. We act as a product development partner, take on the entire project management and carry out feasibility studies. Depending on the requirements for plastics in the technology used - be it hose extrusion or injection molding - we offer you a wide range of downstream processes.
